Archaeology
In preparation for a symposion, which is planned
since July 2004, we have discussed questions regarding biological and
cultural evolution of pleistocen man in an interdisciplinary disposition
under
partnership of archaeology, biology and anthropology. Main points were
three different questions:
In which manner do evolution of the brain and development of cultural
expression correlate?
Which anthropological conditions are required for culture? Which
cultural expressions
can be identified through the sources of archaeology?
The development of religious utterances in the Alps
is topic of scientific conversation in a round
of archaeologists, comparative theologians, biologists and animal medics
from Italy, Austria
and Munich in summer term 2005.
Please notice as well our topic “evolution”, mainly
the
Symposion “bios-cultus-religio”, 03-10/11-2006 in
